cooking brownies on a boat in turkey is an interesting experience …. oven doesn’t go above 90• so their basically ‘slow cooked brownie pudding’
had to source ingredients (flour, sugar, hazelnuts) from the local market aswell, interesting language barrier regarding the type of flour !
